Scientific Package
Seaonics delivery comprises a complete package of winches, deck cranes, and launch and recovery systems including two A-frames and two overhead cranes. To ensure safe and secure operations for people and equipment a complete 3D modelling of main hangar and stern deck was developed in close cooperation with designer and end-user.Norwegian Polar Institute chose electric winches to minimise energy consumption, in addition to providing good working conditions with low noise levels.
