The XT-Winch brings the same functions of dual tower rigs to single tower rigs in subsea X-mas tree operations. This system significantly reduces the time needed to install and retrieve X-mas trees for single tower rigs, saving several days of rig time with its unique dual-capability handling.
Designed specifically for X-mas tree operations, the XT-Winch is fully electric and redundant, ensuring maximum safety and reliability. It offers exceptional accuracy and powerful lifting capacity, making subsea installations more efficient. The smart in-house control system guarantees precise handling in all conditions, optimizing performance.The XT-Winch system includes an electrically driven main hoist lifting winch, two routing sheaves, a roller cross, and an electro drive container. The direction and rate of motion are controlled by frequency drives, ensuring smooth and precise operations.
