Successful fishery control system IAT
With an upgraded lab at Seaonics HQ, we hosted an IAT and demo session for Seaonics Fishery Control System Software for a fishery package delivery to Russia. The setup consisted of the production version of the software, a real time winch simulator with actual loads and settings, simulated deck/bridge panels and radio, as well as the Scantrol top system.
Verification of technical specification
In addition to ensuring all element functionality, we demonstrated several main features, including direct winch control, spooling control, Scantrol operations & integration, overspeed protection and brake surveillance. The session confirmed system performance and quality and is the verification of technical specification in the project. Well done project team!
New opportunities
The ability to carry out in-house full scale lab testing of our control systems ensures quality deliveries and an efficient commissioning process. It also provides a space for system training with customer and new product development.
Stay tuned for the next lab-session and next time you are in Ålesund, come by for a lab-tour and demo!
