Behind every piece of equipment delivered by SEAONICS is a team ensuring it performs exactly as it should - often in some of the world’s most demanding maritime environments.

For our service engineers, the job starts where the equipment is used. On vessels, at shipyards, or on offshore sites around the world. Their role is to support customers in keeping operations running safely and efficiently, whether that means commissioning new systems, troubleshooting in the field, or supporting crews during critical operations.
Working together with vessel crews and operators, they make sure systems operate as intended. Our Service engineers are among the SEAONICS specialists who interact the closest with our customers. Over time, they build strong relationships and gain valuable insight into the real operational challenges faced at sea.
For many of them, that is what makes the job so rewarding. Being part of real operations, solving problems in the field, and seeing firsthand how SEAONICS technology can support efficient work at sea for our customers.

In 2013, we installed our first offshore crane on the Norside Supporter. Fast forward to today, that same crane is installed aboard the upgraded Argeo Venture, and Norside Supporter have received the ECMC Crane.

The Specialists at Seaonics work around the clock to ensure high operability and profitable operations for the customers.
